Martial Arts
An instructor from Dragon Unity Martial Arts in Mason will be teaching this class and will cover an introduction to Taekwondo and Self Defense. Anyone ages 5 - adult is welcome to attend (ages 5-9 need an adult to stay at the class with them. Adult is not required to participate, but is welcome to enroll and participate as well). ALL abilities welcome! Please wear comfortable athletic type clothes that are easy to move in and bring a water bottle.
